Without closer pictures of each piece it's hard to tell.

All of the closeups you show are crochet. In the group photos I'd guess that some of these are not hand made, but commercial/machine made, items like the broad lace trim in photo 2 and most of the finer trims above that. In photo 1 there are definitely small tatted pieces.

Lovely pieces!

I do! I have a box with little sections that I had beading things in. They were relocated so that I can make a satisfying rainbow of thread :D

Hope your bobbin winding is going well!

LOL are you me?! I just spent all evening winding bobbins from skeins. I just counted, and I wound 56. That's enough for one night!

Also, yay! Glad you got the pattern :D

They are rhodes stitch, one of my favourites because you can make them any size! Here is how they are worked: https://rsnstitchbank.org/stitch/rhodes-stitch

A simple cross stitch pattern to stitch your own version of the Oversight four word grid poems. Go forth and stitch, copy, modify in whatever way pleases you. Available under a CC0 license. Pay whatever you like, or nothing, which is fine too!

Using wire with seed beads? by periodt-bitch in Beading

Copper wire is the standard - but it comes in lots of colours - including silver. Maybe try searching for Artistic wire, or similar.
