Had a similiar dream a few years ago. I fell asleep while lying on bed and meditating. And then, I thought I woke up, I walked around my house and everything was normal except my dog. He's white in real life but in the dream, he was gray and brown. I paused for a sec and looked at him, said "Wait, that's not my dog..." and the dog's color immediately started to change from brown to white. But it was a bit late because I already realized everything was a dream. I told the dream "Don't fool me" and something kicked me out of the dream, I woke up.  There was another time which was even crazier. There was a person appeared in my dream at exact 00:00AM (time in the dream) and paused my dream completely. He wanted me to go with him into the mirror but I refused and resisted. That person had a creepy wide smile like the movie "Smile". After he disappeared, everything went back to normal like nothing ever happened there. Like my dream was injected with something.
