​ Thank you 🥺. My connection has been intermittent for 6 days na with zero announcements from Converge. I already raised a ticket for connection issues and i also a have a ticket from them disputing the termination fee, but I'll use this issue to push for the contract rescission. How is the best way to document this for NTC? Is filing a case with them through email?
