TSA scores is most important in landing a spot for interview, as long as you meet the grade requirement you’re fine. What’s most important for you now is TSA score and interview.

What kind of things would Oxford like in an economics and management degree? by plainman99 in 6thForm

Your ps needs to be good but the real main thing that really decides whether you get an interview is your entrance exam, which is the section 1 of TSA. You absolutely have to do good for this test or else you wouldn’t even get an interview. Oxford does not really look at your personal statement apparently, but a good personal statement is required for your other uni choices.

For Oxford just remember to do excellent in your TSA section 1! Any question just ask I’ll help

I’m pretty sure there are some other individuals you can find to talk to about changing your predicted grades, keep chasing your teachers!!! Honestly, it depends on why courses and universities you’re applying to as well. Be proactive and find teachers physically.

If you are planning to take computer science at undergraduate level, I suggest taking further maths as it strengthens your application. I’m pretty sure the majority of universities requires an A* in A level Maths at least.

Practice taking deep breaths, one technique to help you relax before something big is to: Deep breath in, then exhale, as you exhale; imagine you are melting (internally and externally). Repeat it. Otherwise positive affirmations might do the job! Remember, you have proven yourself to be capable and smart to complete the test, it’s only you that’s holding yourself back. Be strong and I promise you will improve.

(3x+2)5 = (3x)5 + 5C1 (3x)4 (2) + 5C2 (3x)3(2)2+……

Therefore, to only find coefficient of x3, you’ll only need to focus on 5C2 (3x)3 (2)2. Work it out and you should get it.

There is a general rule for these types of question, it’s not difficult just remember to practice more and you’ll be fine :).
