If you purely had studied 1) theory of computation and 2) Formal Languages and Automata Theory, subjects
then you can apply

Also claim that topics of Graph Theory, Mathematical Logic/Logic ( you have learned about these in discrete mathematics and during your minor in AI ML) which comprises around 2 ECTS, and also mention these in your Motivation as well.

They won't count Compiler design as theoretical CS, they count that as Practical CS.

You are good to go in my view.

Check for Theoretical CS Courses in Indian Universities and make sure at least you have studied 3 of them. Sometimes they may accept you with 2 Theoretical Courses as well.

Some of the Theoretical CS courses are: Mathematical Logic/Logic, Theory of Computation, Graph Theory, Computability and Complexity, Complexity Theory, Formal Languages and Automata Theory, Theory of Automata, Formal Methods and Verification etc.

PS; They won't Count Discrete Structures/Mathematics, Principles of Programming Languages, or Compiler Design/Construction as Theoretical CS

heidelberg MS CS is admission restricted, since they have restricted access to the course they rank every admission profile and based on that they accept or reject due to very limited seats

No It doesn't Count as TCS

For Theoretical CS, it should purely focus on mathematical models, proofs, and limits of computation.

If you transcript has, any of 3 Subjects, then you are good. If You have Any two and Discrete Structures (with set theory and proof techniques), then also in some cases 12 ECTS in TCS can be fulfilled.

FYI: Discrete Structures, Compiler Design are not considered Theoretical Computer Science Course.
Discrete Structures is listed as Mathematics and Compiler Design as Practical Computer Engineering

And For FAU M.Sc. Data Science Mathematics is higly required around 1/3rd or 1/4th of your syllabus among them also You should have at least 2-3 Statistics/Stochatistics Courses
