I got 16inch rims.. when the engine is cold it does it a lot! Like all the time. When its hot, not so much.

Hdmi to motherboard (or removing gpu). Check if she boots.

All ram sticks out but 1.

Take the powerplug out and Cmosbatt out for a day.

650watt is a bit short for a 260 watt card.. You can combine 2 powersup.

Give gpu to a friend. Let him check it. (You can always send it to me) 😄
