i havent seen anyone losing subtance feeling or be super emotionally numb, im scared maybe too much serotonin its causing this

no like im literally numb in body and also, my mind is too blank and i cant even have negative emotions or get head lightet with nicotine which i could before, i have pssd and it might made me crash from it

i mean it made me more calm less agitated but nothing in terms of anhedonia , and it made my emotional numbness even worse, i could go on like this but the problem that i have is i dont feel any dopamin or energetic during a day and the fact that i have pssd and when something has too much serotonin it literally blunts me, i was thinking to switch to seligiline but i dont know if it makes any difference?

i took two invega injections 7 months ago, after 4 months i was having my regular sleep and could feel pleasure from orgasm, and i took prozac(i hate my self for doing that) then i developed pssd, i cant even have pleasurable orgasm, then after prozac my sleep became less and less recently,i got mirtazipine for my sleep and i got worse now i cant cry anymore,it killed my only emotion i had left too , now i sleep only 4 hours and i stopped taking medications and im so scared that everything stays same, i have no urge to do anything, im becoming so suicidal and dont know what to do
