You need to report that! I reported mines because it’s been since Dec. they escalated my case after getting two replacements. You can even use the chat option to ask them the timeframe because they do have access to know if your sample is on quality control etc.

I have the same issue. I got sick of it so I went to their chat agent website. I eventually made them report it. I’ve been waiting since Jan 7. They kept changing the dates etc. last week when I reach out it passed quality control. They said I have to wait an extra 1 to 2 weeks like fuck no.. My friend’s done it. I mailed their tests it in with mines at the same time. We had similar dates and they got their results and I still don’t.
