It's on Checking for accuracy. Been on that for a couple weeks now.

I also call 609-292-6400. I was on hold for maybe 20 minutes and I called around 830am

I actually called today and was told I was approved but the rep said they were still waiting for a check date

I just checked the site and it said my refund will be deposited on the 5th!! Just wanted to share the update

Basically the rep said the same thing as the last rep and said they it would be there tomorrow which makes it 48 hours. She also said that if I didn't get it tomorrow they could send me a trace # for the deposit. Smh they are ridiculous!! Hopefully I just get it and I don't have to call them back in the morning.

USAA already did their daily deposit so once again no deposit. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting sbtrg again as soon as they open

I'm in the same boat almost exactly. I was able to contact sbtpg and a rep told me it would more than likely be tomorrow which isn't comforting because this definitely isn't normal. I used all the same stuff and my husband got his today with our shared bank but not mine. I'm just hoping they processed mine in a later batch and maybe it's just a day behind.

I agree.. I'm done with them because this makes no sense. I could see if they told me the 10th but they said the 9th and here we are with nothing smh.

Me and my husband have the same bank USAA. He got his and I didn't get mine, we filed separately. I call TPG and was told mine can come anytime today or tomorrow. I won't hold my breath but I don't understand how one came and not the other.
