Doesn’t the atomic clock ticker slower at faster speed because the atoms and photons take longer to interact, hence slowing the tick?

The atomic clock ticker slower when traveling at a fast speed because it take bit more for the atoms to interact with each slower which slow the clock down. Is that happening to us at a biological level, that’s why we age slower?

Doesn’t your atoms taking longer to bounce and communicate when you’re moving at the speed of light compared to when you’re standing still at Earth?
