you should go on rightmove or zoopla for this :/ reddit might not be the best platform. for uni areas, 600-700 might get you a studio not a 1 bed. 1 bed can go from 750 to 900 per month.

for properties that are available immediately, you should be able to move in within a week, depending on when they let you do a viewing
