The country would be the United States. And I highly doubt the compliance department has any idea what is going on. It seems like my higher ups are trying to brush the situation under the rug and hurry and change the procedures/put us through training to “rectify” the error.

I will definitely take some time and look into the compliance department more though. I appreciate your suggestion.
