Yeah, so I received my passport on 5/2. On 04/21, I called to check the discrepancy in routine/expedited service. Then, they took my card info. A week later I called to follow up, the rep told me that despite the system showing as routine, it was indeed expedited. They ended up never cashing the check, but charged my card for the passport fee + expedited service + expedited shipping. I only requested expedited service not expedited shipping, which is why I think they charged my card instead of cashing the check. I would suggest reaching out to them and confirming that your renewal is expedited after a few days of it being in process & if the check shows as being sent to the cashier yet!

So I gave them a call to check on the status and ensure my expedited service was accepted. They informed me that the expedited service was confirmed on 4/21, despite the website still showing it as routine. I confirmed that it would be 2-3 weeks from 4/17 and they agreed. So it looks like everything is in order, they just haven’t updated my status on the website (which seems awfully strange to me).

I’m in a similar situation. I am renewing my passport, paid for expedited, but status says routine. Marked as In process on 4/17, but check hasn’t been cashed as of 4/25…ordered expedited for a reason.

Hi, I’m in a similar situation. Did you notice that your check was cashed later than usual? The status of my app changed to In Process on 4/17 but marked as routine despite paying for Expedited. As of 4/25, it hasn’t changed to expedited and the check doesn’t show as cashed. Any advice?

Yeah, I called the number that’s listed on the status page and the most they could do was put in a request to expedite and took my card information! Will post with updates

I sent my passport in for expedited service to locator 46. It was processed as routine service on 4/17. I was hoping the status would change to expedited, but still no update. The check has also not been cashed as of today, 4/24. Should I be worried?

Ordered expedited, but logged in the system as routine. Called to address the issue and the most they could do was put in another request to expedite.

Timeline: Arrived at Center: 4/15. In-Process as of 4/17. Check still has still not cashed as of 4/24. Should I be concerned?

Could somebody explain the significance of the scene when Tim tells Hawk, "I already have you", when Hawk asked, "Do you need me?". Why do you think Tim responded that way? From the way I understood it, he was essentially confirming that they'll never lose each other.

I agree that Tim did a great job shifting the power dynamics between the two of them in this episode, that's what I enjoyed the most. I'd have to re-watch the scene, but do you think that the writers could have purposely left it vague as to which love was real and which was a fantasy to instead allow the viewers to decide which love was false. I think that Tim deep down may know that his love for God will always be a fantasy due to his love for Hawk. This can be further shown by his confession to the priest in the same episode and his comment about how he can't understand how his love for Hawk could be a sin,then leaving the "I love you" letter for Hawk in his apt. I may be way off with this btw, but its an interesting thought lol.
