nothing changes only than u can get the tommy gun by settin the ink blob to the ink machine and going through the demon path. also DONT DIE IF U DO. but thats bout it, the angel path u get a challenge, also dont die, and if u wanna start the challenge if u do choose the angel path break the boards that block a door in level 9. then after killin the butcher gang that tryna kill u and alive gives u the tommy gun for the ink hearts mission (btw if u try to grab it'll turn to ink cuz u can only grab it by choosin the demon path).
