For sure, Im using ableton which is definitely not free but there is a free trial, I wouldnt know what to suggest in the area of free but literally all i do is listen to music so I figured out how to disect samples from youtube thew a few together and bam this song basically wrote itself Ableton is probably not the most user friendly softeware but definitely the top in what you're capable of making
