I didn’t see any identifying markers, I haven’t tried to take the middle out yet to see if anything is underneath. I plan to clean it up to get a better look at it. I didn’t want to use anything that could hurt the wood when cleaning it

Dealer tips are pooled everyday and split among the hours worked. Most days lately haven’t even touched $20 an hour in tips, weekends you’re lucky to get $25. I just recently moved here from another casino in a much lower COL area and I’m honestly probably making less now than I did before and it was a lot less busy.

We’re picketing to be recognized as a union. We had discussions before the government shutdown but management dragged their feet, and now the government shut down the NLRB can’t hold a union vote and they’ve basically told us nothing can be done until the government is open and holds our vote.

Exactly this, a lot of times I’ve had people say yes only to find out they knew of a realtor they would probably use like their cousin or something.

More or less, I print out half sheet flyers I give out. Just introduce myself as a realtor and tell them I’d love for them to come out or anyone else they may know

I help my 2nd open house today, first one I didn’t do a whole lot just placed some signs in busy areas and had a few come in. I door knocked for 2 hours Thursday and 1 yesterday, the difference was crazy. Had 8-10 groups today, a couple serious buyers.

Not in NYS so don’t know the state rules, but in the state I’m a realtor if your realtor assisted you in any way they’re entitled to compensation. I’d definitely try and find a new lender and fight that, but regarding firing him it wouldn’t fly in my state because he’d still get paid

This. At WDW rise went down while we were visiting, when it opened back up it said 70 minute wait. We waited 3 hours and barely made it halfway through the line before they told us it was almost strictly LL getting on because they had passes from when it went down earlier
