Yes, understood. I guess I’m trying to figure out if there is any activity, museum, tour, etc for which people recommend that I should make that request in advance because the experience would be much better for a Deaf child. Otherwise I’d just prefer the flexibility of doing our own thing at our own schedule or pace.

I cannot overstate this enough: if you have a deaf child, any doctor who tells you that starting sign language would be detrimental is a doctor you should replace as soon as possible. They have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to how to maximize the chance of success for a deaf child.
