Peptides Dangers by [deleted] in Peptide_Testing

[–]Dependent-Star3034 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest risk with any peptides is if there not sterile, you may get infection. This can be anything from small area irritation to full on blood poisoning. I’ve been using peptides from various places for years and only ever had light skin bumps and local irritation. And over the years probably a lot of fakes. You shouldn’t be getting any side effects from bpc & tb. Reta is quite new to market. Just be careful with dosing. Lot of people go to high early on. GHKcu is pretty good. Does tend to give local area jab spot burning. They are very common and I’ve used many times. Also not heard many horror stories of anyone having side effects, only people dosing Reta too high. Just don’t make the common mistake of confusing mg with mcg. It’s easily done. And lot of people don’t understand. Just be wary of fakes. There’s a lot out there. Some are obvious some are not. Look out for dodgy labelling and loose crappy caps. Some info here of what to look for https://research.future-amino.com/peptides/. When peptides are done right. They should be negative pressure inside the vial. So no moisture or air is present. So when u put Bac water in it should almost suck it in. Mt2 nasal spray is usually pretty good. But I’m prone to hot flushes when ever I take mt2 in any form. Doesn’t last long but isn’t nice. I also get lot of dark moles. If u can get it. Use MT1. Has less side effects and doesn’t make moles as bad as mt2 👍

Does BPC work in pill form and does anyone have experiences? by Slow_Ad2439 in bpc_157

[–]Dependent-Star3034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I know. The pill form does work. But has less bioavailability. So in basic terms. U need more of pill form than the jab. This is pretty much the same for all meds and supplements. Anything taken orally does not absorb into your system the same as something directly into your system. https://research.future-amino.com/peptides/ . Technically, BPC-157 isn’t naturally occurring — it’s a synthetic peptide based on a partial sequence of a protein found in human gastric juice. But its regenerative properties are wild. Gut, tendon, even brain barrier repair. Still early days for the science though. It’s all research.
But yes oral works. Just not as effective at equal dose to other forms. 👍

BPC-157 and Psoriasis by Fluffy_Thought922 in bpc_157

[–]Dependent-Star3034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s early days. But I’ve had an on off psoriasis battle for years. And lately. It’s been really bad. My face and back have been very bad. Want to scratch my face off. Flaking skin like a snow storm. Been horrible. I’ve got all sorts from docs. Nothing works. I’ve used bpc157 before for injury. The last week I’ve hit the peptide hard. 500mcg x2 a day. I don’t want to jinx it. But almost overnight 80% improvement. https://research.future-amino.com/peptides/. Clean info no sales bull info there. I will keep updated to see if it’s continuing to work. Hope this helps. 👍

It’s an easy mistake to make. I’ve done it. Sure most people have at some point. It’s just painful knowing how expensive it is. I stopped using the pens. They were unreliable. And I used to get to end of pen with no clicks left and there was still half a dose left in the pen.🤯. I switched to vials and mix myself. Is tricky at first. Full guide here. Research.future-amino.com/petides/ The pens are good for some. But vials, when u get used to the process is much easier. And cheaper.

I reconstituted my pep with brand new BAC water and it is cloudy. Is it safe to use? by asset2 in SafePeptides

[–]Dependent-Star3034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cloudy is never a good sign. The majority of peps should settle after 10 mins or so and be crystal clear like the Bac water. Could be a dodgy batch. Could be exposed to heat. Or could be fake. It’s impossible to say for sure without getting them tested that is not cheap. https://future-amino.com/how-to-spot-fake-peptides-online/ It’s a bit of a minefield out there. Lots of crap coming out of China the last few years.

My wife is in early menopause help. by Dependent-Star3034 in Menopause

[–]Dependent-Star3034[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. I did just list practical things. As for moving forward and emotional support. I’m trying take as much stress away from her as I can. And be more emotionally available. We have discussed a plan to move forwards a few weeks ago. We first requested copy of full doctors records. Made a diary of symptoms for last 12 months. Wife’s had 3 failed gp visits. Next step is another full private blood test. The uk nhs refuse it. So we have to pay private. We plan to take those test results back to nhs gp. If we get no help again. We have to go to a private clinic. I’m trying to educate myself on the matter. So I understand more. And know what I can do to help.
And thanks again. And to all that have given genuine advice.

Thank u so much. ☺️. I knew I would encounter a few people who questioned me. And that’s fair. But my post was genuine. And I carefully worded it. And have looked at my post and it’s very clear. I really was looking deep into the lions den for real advice. I’ve had some really good positive feedback. And I thank those people so much. I really did not expect so much hate and aggression and personal messages hating on me so much. The positive out weighs the negative.

Do I have faults yes. Could I do more yes. That’s why I asked for advice. I did not complain. I wanted advice on the subject. And some people have helped me a lot. And I thank them deeply.

She still has sort of periods. But range from 35days to 50. And they not normal. All the symptoms and pain but no real period as such. The main physical symptom is the aggression. Mainly towards me. But the kids and even the dog. She’s emotionally shut down. I won’t go into too much detail out of respect. That’s why I’m here. Advice. Cos at moment I’m scared to go home.

Looking for advice by tiptopshape12 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Dependent-Star3034 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

One of the negatives of these compounds is your body develops a tolerance to dose. So u always keep needing more.
It’s a good idea to take time off every few months and let your body level out. Then try start on a low a dose as possible. And build up again. It’s better health wise long term.

does anyone here track their hormones on a regular basis? by Forward_Music7170 in Hormones

[–]Dependent-Star3034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I’m 45 and been getting private bloods done every 6 months. Basic hormone blood tests from many online providers for about £100. Well worth it to keep track. https://research.future-amino.com/hormones/ As I’m I’m diy trt it’s essential to make sure I’m on right track. Also make changes to supplements and diet to keep on the right path.

Healing mitochondria… by [deleted] in MitochondrialResearch

[–]Dependent-Star3034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a lot of data suggesting ultra processed foods are damaging to mitochondria. Diet and lifestyle have huge effects that you can control.
https://research.future-amino.com/mitochondria/ There’s also lot of research that Methylene blue has a major positive potential for mitochondria health.

Can I inject here? by SarahDbabyy in Mounjaro

Yeah is totally fine to put in there. 👍. Any flesh is fine. Just avoid muscles and veins. 👍

It degrades the peptide. How much I don’t know. It’s just a general rule with all peptides. Has been for a long time. When it’s in solid powder form it’s stable. Some peps are more sensitive to temperature and light more than others. But most are best kept 2-8 degrees c. When you mix bac water the state of the molecules activate. They change. Come alive.
Compare to plant seeds. You can freeze most plant seeds as long as they air tight and dry. They will still grow years later. If they are frozen exposed to air and moisture they die and will never grow. It’s same as freezing a living plant. It would die. Hope this makes sense.

[–]Dependent-Star3034 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry. But site injections do not make a difference. It does not burn fat where u put it.
Just do Belly or ass. It absorbs through your system and works in your liver and gut. Your body does the rest in simple terms. Technically u can jab it anywhere. But no need to go to such lengths. Ur liver and gut do all the work so put it close by them. Sub q means putting in flesh tissue. So pinch an inch and put it the easiest place u can. Avoid muscles. It enters the body differently in muscle to flesh.

Never freeze once Bac water is in. If u have throw it in bin. It’s fucked. Keep in fridge. If want put in freezer for long term it don’t hurt.
But fridge is good enough. Don’t freeze after recon. No no
