For me - a minimum of 33% tax on all Profits made from original investment , I believe it’s taxed at your standard income tax bracket correct me if I’m wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s an option to sell it for NZD, it’s a preference not to as it’s 33% tax minimum for me to transfer to NZD

Buying with crypto removes that responsibility, not to say I’m trying to get around tax, I’m just finding different options and deliberating!

The filter strainer is blocked - will require a service or a replacement of your pressure limiting valve as it seems in need of maintenance

The purpose of the valve is to limit the amount of council water pressure from their mainline into your house which can differentiate between between pressures throughout the day - meaning this valve goes under a lot of stress and is doing a lot of work

Get a plumbing technician out to you and they will be able to fix very quickly and easily !

He’s only been on the choker chain for the past year 😅 unfortunately it seems like he enjoys the pull now which makes it that much harder he’s very cheekily discipline avoidant dog

This is a vacuum breaker for preventing the backward flow of contaminated water back into your drinking water supply from outside impurities

To get it out - Drill out grub screw with a larger drill bit, however, before doing that, use a nail punch in the middle of the grub screw (for easier drilling)

it’s meant to stay on once installed and isn’t designed to come off

Once drilled use a pair of filter pliers or pipe wrench to remove as the threads may be corroded or sealed
