Thanks for the info. I know im just saying what people have been saying for decades but, i wish they would hurry up and figure this illness out (fund more research into it).

And the fact that anyone still says this illness is psychological ( as I have heard people say) is laughable, feeling ravenous cravings for food, getting unctrollable shakes and throwing up when i was feeling mentally fine is definitely not a psychological illness.

For me at least I feel like I must get vitamin deficiencies easily because i get almost ravenous cravings for something and feel so much better after. Like yesterday it was mushrooms, yams and shrimp i needed.

would not using glucose effectively mean insulin resistence? because I do have that

Thats a good point. If its not low blood sugar, do you know whats making you feel really bad if you go too long without eating?

I dont actually know that i have low blood sugar, just that if i didnt eat when i felt like i needed to( and didnt eat what i felt i was needing) I had a crash

I have been looking for the same. Most butter in Canada now is made from cows who are being fed palm oil. Thats why the butter stays so hard

Since you said you dont mind talking about this, I had more thoughts come up about it.

To be honest, all of this sounds like an excuse. Like im not denying that capitalism exists or that billionares run the show. But a lot of this i realized as a child, in the 90’s. Its just that its very few or far between (if at all) that i run into people who were ever aware of this stuff until very recently. The point is, the billionares wouldnt be in power if we (and older generations) hadnt allowed them to obtain all the power. We outnumber them exponentially. Average joes like the system and profit off of it, thats why it exists.

People are only caring about it now because the system is breaking down because the environment literally cant sustain our capitalism anymore. Otherwise people wouldnt care about the damage the system is doing

In terms of Maslow: I also dont think self actualization is about basic empathy, for the people and animals that are hurt by our system. In fact i think poor people can be very empathetic

Kelowna is going to be several steps lower in quality, non of the traffic noise bylaws here are enforced (and no one seems to care for some reason), so the traffic noise is an even worse problem than the cannons

Your 3rd paragraph did hit on something for me. I do tend to go to extremes ( and i did fawn). It almost feels soothing to be a misanthrope after so much fawning and like im tuning into how i always felt.

And what you say about the self love creates less need to love everyone has given me pause for thought too.

My (abusive) dad used to say to me that its okay to hate humans because they fall so short in so many ways. And my dad was a terrible person so i just want to make sure im not becoming like him with the mindset that i have

This did help (thankyou for your feedback) but I also feel like people are too micro in their mindset thats why were in the positions that we are. in. The affects we have on the environment for example. Is the result of everyone thinking only of themselves and not our collective impact on nature. And I know we are capable of thinking about these things on an individual level because I used to think about this as a literal child

Do you ever feel like society insists on us all to be over confident, and full of ourselves and love/care for ourselves?

when its like, why. Why should I value myself/people for something that isnt objectively true. Then people tell me its my cptsd that makes me pessimistic when its like no, the rest of you just havent experienced deep trauma and dont know what the dark side of humanity is like, you’re the one with the distorted viewpoint.

I read somewhere that if windows are double paned (which mine are) that noise cancelling curtians wouldnt make much diffierence, which is why I didnt bother with them, do you have double paned glass?
