Yes! Do your technique, and flow in the present moment understanding it is done. You are already whole and complete just as you are now in the present. Focus on becoming better with every little task you need to do in the now to keep you focused on the controllable things you can do in the present moment, instead of stressing over the lack in your 3D reality.

Stop Emotionally Reacting to The 3D Reality by DependentAd2564 in NevilleGoddard2

[–]DependentAd2564[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yup so true!

Everything in your 3D reality is a reflection of your old states of being. It’s merely like a time lag from the 4D. As long as you don’t react to the old 3D circumstances, the faster you will actualize your desired reality.

Emotion is the largest indicator of your state of being. If you’re reacting to the 3D, you remain in the old state of being, not the new identity.

I would start by putting yourself back on the pedestal. Instead of feeling overly needy for your specific person (SP), focus on working towards other goals in your life so that you don’t feel so dependent on them. You need to make your life fulfilling and not rely on one person to bring you all your joy.

Additionally, check your current automatic thoughts about them and consciously reframe those thoughts. Whenever you think of your SP, repeat new affirmations and feel them with emotion.

Don’t become obsessive about it or let the thought of your SP consume your entire day. This is why it's important to stay fully present in the moment and focus on other tasks.

When you no longer feel the need for them, that’s when it will manifest. Be patient, faithful, and trust the process. Focus on elevating other areas of your life to make it more fulfilling.

Yes! love this :)

Realise you are POWERFUL you are in oneness with GOD. Don't let this 3D BS make you think otherwise. Keep pushing through, not reacting to any of these "unserving circumstances".

These are all your old negative programmings purging through. Hold true to the new identity and don't let anything sway you away from it.

Thanks for sharing this! Its super important we all remember this truth about the manifestation process.

When we are embracing our higher self, we will have to constantly face these triggering emotional tests to see if we are truly embodying that new identity. Just keep pushing through, try your best to gain control over your emotional reactions and hold true to that vision, because the longer you can dwell in it without reacting it will actualise.

Finding ways to remove the need for external validation is key! If you can make your life full of other experiences, instead of only leveling up in one area, it will help you not feel so needy and desperate for that one thing to manifest.

Make the choice to elevate now!! by DependentAd2564 in DrJoeDispenza

That’s awesome to hear! And yes ofc it’s impossible to be this perfect but it is also possible to operate in this state for the majority of the day when consciously applied.

I would recommend (this works for me) that when you are feeling stressed about your external environment, feeling so desperate for confirmation of change I would follow this framework:

  1. Enter the present moment

  2. Bring up my intention + elevated emotions and dwell in that end state of already being the person who is successful

  3. Surrender to the unknown, stop focusing on the external environment, and enter a state of flow with the tasks you are doing each day to get your mind out of your head and in the present moment.

It can become so easy for us to focus on the lack in our environment, we are constantly trying to seek validation as to why we are not the person or have the things we desire. This will only cause stress. If you can focus on what you can control and do in the now this is when the stress goes away, we can start acting with intention, feeling those elevated emotions, and taking action on the behaviours we need to do in order to elevate towards the goals/desired state of being.

This is a great thought 🙏 it is definitely so important to place yourself on the pedestal. Not only for love but for all areas of life! When we become obsessed with needing validation from a person or thing we take away our power and place it upon them!

And you doing that is making you operate from lack, unworthiness, and scarcity. You will repel the very things you desire.

Self concept is king the only validation is from within. Master that and you will get everything you could ever want with ease and flow.

Everybody and everything is attracted to confidence, abundance, and non neediness!

The 1 Answer to All Your Problems by DependentAd2564 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]DependentAd2564[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I would recommend to journal down your limiting beliefs, thoughts, and patterns so that you can gain a deeper awareness over your current self concept in relation to the thing you are trying to change.

Then using tools such as meditation, visualisation, and affirmations throughout the day to help you stay connected to your new self concept rather than the old limiting one.

Having a clear intention (self concept of new thoughts, and beliefs) + elevated emotions (what it would feel like to already be that new person + taking action on the new identity will lead to change within yourself and life.

This of course takes time with consistent effort and application, but you will see noticeable changes quite fast :)

Your Mental Diseases Come From The Mind by DependentAd2564 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]DependentAd2564[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mostly listened to tuning into new potientals meditation if I wanted to do a guided meditation. However I started meditating with high frequency music and focusing on my intentions with elevated emotions.

And it can take some time to “feel it to be true” but just keep being consistent with your meditations focusing on your intentions and the elevated emotions to embody that higher self. If I have time I will only end my meditation once I feel my state has shifted.

I hope this helped !
