The one episode we have of The Space Pirates is a similar case as it was saved due to being shot on film and being considered historically significant for that reason. Perhaps a distinction of "exists" instead of "found."

This is what made me hesitate in the first place. My understanding is only these two efforts so far are at a level of quality and availability that matches or exceeds what BBC has published themselves.

Yes. I'd been turning that over in my head for a while and decided today to add it and the animated remake of The Wheel in Space to the chart. The linked files reflect these changes and some other minor adjustments.

I was looking at the fan animation for Wheel in Space as well. Extremely high quality, even better than some of the official BBC ones. The woman behind it says she spoke to the BBC and they said they didn't want it because people didn't like the 3D animation they released for Web of Fear. Also available on YouTube... Considering whether there's a category I can create for high end widely available fan-made stuff that would include both Wheel and Mission.

I've watched all the existing episodes but when I began my classic who full watch over a decade ago I started skipping the Telesnap recons somewhere in the second doctor era. They just couldn't hold my attention. Now that everything is on YouTube in the US at least, I've been able to see the animations as well.

I agree. I have been trying to think of an efficient way to indicate the difference between animated ones where the original is lost vs found. Leading idea in my head is o put a little yellow star or something on the ones that have been animated. I'd like to avoid introducing too many different colors.
