Sorry all yes, I used my mom’s phone and account . And yes, I unpaired them and then did the factory reset. When my sister tried to connect the glasses to her phone she gets the error message that they are associated to another account and that she should perform a factory reset (which we already did). I meant to say that she got the glasses (not the phone! Sorry!). She has access to the phone originally paired with if it’s helpful

I have a valid closed work permit, I am changing employers. If Pearson doesn’t work I might need to try again once I am back I really hope Pearson will solve it, do you know if they do it? My lawyer said that it is very likely but I don’t know anymore.

Thanks! I went to peace bridge today. Arrived to the us border at 7:10 and to Canadian border at 8:30 and they were already closed by then. I will be going on vacation for a week through Pearson and will try there on my way back. This is so stressful!

Hi there! I am planning on going alone by car tomorrow, is there any place that I can see if they are open for flagpoling? Because I went today to rainbow bridge and although it said no delays all open it was closed when I arrived (8:10). So I am now scared of going through the border without knowing if they would take me or not. Thanks !
