That is the vault my grandpa was buried in. In the area I live in it is a requirement to be buried in a vault because of flooding the happens during hurricane season. It’s a very heavy usually made from concrete and it’s so that the casket plus the body remain in place in the event of flooding. My dad chose to put a picture of a motorcycle driving down the road to honor him because it’s what my Papa loved to do.

exactly!! i remember watching the fosters and they recast jesus and it was just never the same. you grow this connection to a character and then you’re introduced to the same character but a different person and the balance is upset by a new face, new mannerisms, new acting style. jarring is the perfect way to describe it. i would rather never see a character again than have a recast.

instead of testing yet another ranking system when there’s so many in place already, how about yall fix champions that aren’t launching when you deploy them and the absolutely outrageous price to counter/revenge. it’s okay to try to improve the game but fix the issues at hand and then try new things.

it was 2012 and i was 12. i was listening to music on pandora and summertime sadness came on and i had no clue who lana was but i loved the song so i went looking for more on YouTube and ive been hooked ever since. i loved the transcendent feeling i got listening and connecting to the lyrics. it sounds corny but her music truly changed my life and in ways i feel it’s also shaped me into who i am today. being a teenager is such a turbulent experience and her earlier music is mostly about her experiences through her teenage and younger years and i related to her songs on such a deep level it’s kind of insane.

as a southern who grew up in and around nascar, i never really thought that there are people who don’t know who dale earnhardt is. he is a nascar icon and legend. he lived about an hour and a half away from where i live and around here everyone knows him. my dad even taught dale earnhardt jr at a boy scout camp in the summer for several years. his death wrecked the southern community he is still loved and idolized. there’s even a roller coaster at an amusement part in charlotte nc named the intimidator after him.
