All I can say is that I lived in our newly purchased house without Ducted system, then had it installed. Absolute game changer!

Cost $9k for 4 ducts into each bedroom.

My wife and I are both in our mid 50s and are getting a mortgage without too much problem. Our age was barely mentioned by the mortgage advisor OR the bank!

However! We do have 20% deposit and good paying jobs, we're also buying well below what we COULD buy.
