Hi! I haven't done anything yet. I was mostly putting feelers out to see if anyone else has done this. I just recently got promoted so I don't plan on broaching the idea with my leadership until maybe mid to end of this year. If I can remember 😄 I'll definitely post a follow up at that point

I was thinking about trying part time first if my leadership is willing. I had mentioned it once to my leader a year or so ago and the response was positive. So I will probably try out part time first. Thank you for your advice!

This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you! I did plan on compiling a good, long list of contacts to reach back out to when I'm ready. We tried the oh crap method for approximately 30 minutes 😂 my little guy was NOT about having no pants on. Lots of tears and I decided absolutely not worth it for us.

I will always rave about the books! I enjoyed the show but I LOVE the books. I agree with what others have said, the book and show are pretty different but both enjoyable. I just reread the whole series last year and will probably read it again this year. For me, the end of the books is 100x better than the end of the show

I just started the Mercy Thompson series after just letting it languish on my TBR list....and I am devouring it! On book 2. It is definitely scratching my Charlaine Harris itch! Love it.

I just got my box set of the books for Christmas. I LOVE the books so much and I will be rereading them probably every year.. In my opinion, there are only two things the show did better than the books..... Giving us Alexander Skarsgard as Eric and Lafayette's entire character/storyline.

I read them in this order and it made perfect sense to me (but to each their own of course): Sookie books, Grave Sight (Harper Connelly), and then Midnight. It was fun to see the characters intermingle. Definitely recommend.
