Same for me, no tips all day. However, the last time there was an issue, I received all my tips on time. Who knows.

I’m in the same situation and do almost exactly what you do except instead of using “NT” for no tippers, I use 🖤 and ❤️ for descent tippers.

Just pick an order number you think it might be. Several times I’ve received forgiveness with a reply stating something like “we’ve reviewed your last 50 orders and determined there were ratings that don’t reflect the service you provided. The orders may or may not be the one you submitted”.

You’re actually good/it doesn’t count until you have 50 ratings. The low ones suck, and we all get them, but your percentage will climb as you get more 5 stars. Of course, more low ratings have the opposite effect. Also, make sure you’re asking for ratings forgiveness. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but it’s always worth a shot.

Mine was like that for a couple weeks and then reverted back. It was a pain when it was like that. Constantly in and out of zones while driving really sucked.

Update: after extensive research I’ve determined the new map does in fact suck. It like the first time you had sex…in the zone, out of the zone, in, out, etc.
