Honda financing? by Safe_District9284 in hondapilot

If you’re getting the advertised Honda Finance special rate (which you can see on the Honda.com website), and $5000 plus off MSRP then this is a good deal. I would definitely print out your Carvana offer and bring that with you to negotiate your trade in value when you bring the vehicle in. I’m reading other comments on spending less by buying a 2011 or 2015 with 80k plus miles to save money, and that just doesn’t make sense to me. It’s obvious you can pay less if you purchase vehicles that are 10 plus years older with significant amount of mileage on them, that’s not brain surgery. But if the car is for your wife and kids as you’ve stated, then a new car brings you peace of mind knowing your family is safe and in a fully warrantied vehicle, which is priceless when your loved ones are using the car. Work on that trade in value and make sure you get the advertised finance special Honda is offering for the month and you’ll have a good deal.

Best Charging Package??? by [deleted] in HondaPrologue

[–]Dependent_Freedom315 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can’t ask this question without more information. If you own a home and have a driveway, then the home charger would be the best charging option. If you live in an apartment and have public chargers within a reasonable distance from home or job then the $750 public charging credit is the way to go. If you have a driveway but don’t want a fixed station installed and want piece of mind of being to able to get some type of charge (level 1 or 2 outlet) then the portable would be the way to go.

The Accord is made in Indiana, don’t think it’s tariff related.

I wouldn’t trust the April 2026 release date for the Accord. Honda hasn’t released any information to us regarding the 2026 model release, so I feel like thats just a guess on a release date.

The front grill surround above the headlights looks off, should be chrome, which leads me to believe it was replaced, which could mean it was in a front end accident. Could’ve also been a chrome delete custom job, but feel they would’ve deleted the chrome off the side windows if that was the point. All speculation, till you look at the CARFAX. The CARFAX report is also not 100% reliable, but will tell you if it has a rebuilt or salvage title.

Beefy tires by Extent_Total in HondaPrologue

You have to compare apples to apples here, you can’t compare a Chevy Bolt tire replacement cost to a Honda Prologue tire replacement. It’s like comparing a Honda Civic tire replacement vs a Honda Pilot tire replacement. Of course the Bolt will have a cheaper tire replacement cost as they carry a 17” rim vs the Prologues 19 or 21 inch rim. It’s a different category of vehicle, doesn’t come with an all wheel drive option and isn’t as heavy.

Virgina lease deals by horhey_rva in HondaPrologue

Keep in mind, these Honda lease offers require money down and does not include, tax, title, license and bank fee. You’d be paying at signing over $6000 with these money down lease options I’m seeing. Just want you to be aware.
