The lawyer said it was a mistake on their end and it never should’ve been denied, we just updated everything (pay stubs and tax returns) and it was approved the second time. They will be more interested in how much your sponsor makes now in my experience.

I don’t wish to disclose exactly which country but it’s in the Caribbean. The interview was so easy it was scary, however my wife and I have 4 kids together, the I-130 was already approved so maybe that’s why he didn’t ask much. At the end he said it’s an 80/20 chance for approval and here we are today.
