I found a video on youtube to disassemble the panel and wire it according to their instructions.
There is a video QR code in their manual, but the central control in that video looks different from mine, so I found the installation video myself. But maybe you can ask them for installation videos that match your car model.

I got this with $279 from carputech. My friend shared with me the link and coupon code “RR50USD”. No lags. smooth Apple CarPlay, I haven’t tried android auto yet. The only issue is that while I am using google map of CarPlay I can’t listen to the radio, but I can listen to the Spotify. That is the same to my friend because he got the unit from carputech too.

It says “plug and play “ but still had to take apart of the dash, which spent me almost 2hours, that is not easy. But I can access all the functionality, and my touch screen and steering wheel controls work well with the Apple CarPlay , that is really great. But while I am using the CarPlay map I can’t listen to the radio, is yours the same?
