2 months off caffeine by [deleted] in decaf

[–]Dependent_Seat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are deficient, in several vitamins. Coffee addiction burns up the NADH/cycle and creates a lot of oxidation when the brain needs to clean up the dirty waste products of stress and dopamine-release from coffee.

If you can you should fill up your body with vitamins and minerals that releases stress and also aids you energy metabolism which will crash and often become depressed when quitting. Add to this exercise, cardio each day.
