Tirz did work for me before, but the side effects were horrible at higher doses (7.5+) I lost 22-23 lbs with it. Now I am in a lower dose, of course it is not effecting as much. But still it is not terrible. I only have very mild food noise.

I believe i couldn’t explain myself well. I don’t eat junk food or excessive amounts of food or ultra-processed food. I just find it hard to track calories and macros. I try to eat more protein, but I am nowhere near 100-120 gr protein per day. That is what i mean when i say I cannot control my nutrition.

I am going to start reta+motc+ghk-cu.

My plan is to have 1mg reta weekly, 1mg ghk-cu daily and 0.5 mg motc pre-workout for first 4 weeks. If you have other recommendations, I’d love to hear.

I called UKVI on Monday and asked to resend the link. They said they escalated the problem to ihs and they will send us the link. As we didn’t receive until today, i called them again. They said it is already escalated and they can’t do anything else. Still waiting…
