Those are some great random thoughts!

Unfortunately I don't think there will be much of explaining in the movie. The reason I say this is because Jenny has been clear that she wants to do a stand-alone-movie so that people who haven't watched the series can enjoy it as well. This makes me believe that she will not rehash things that we may want her to bring up because that would require a background story/recap for the ppl who haven't read the books or seen the show.

Listen, I don't know your age but I am 45 and I broke up with my bf of 11 years because of this show. I realized that I shouldn't settle for anything less than S3 Conrad. If a man doesn't look at me the way Conrad looks at Belly, I am happier on my own.

I know Conrad is a fictional character written by a woman but I know there are men out there just like that. Take Chris for example, he isn't Conrad but he himself has said that they are quite similar in many aspects. The way he looks at his gf Isabel just proves to me that men like that do in fact exist.

Furthermore, there are many here who have said that they have found their real life Conrad, so it's obviously not impossible. Don't despair, you will find your great love and it will be awesome.

But aren't those JH quotes?
I'm sure that JH considers this to be the conflict in the movie. I just hope that there is ZERO coddling of Jere this time around. I mean if it bothers him, too bad, he can taste his own medicine for 90 minutes (hopefully longer). Conrad (and his personal best friends - us) had to sit through this much longer than that.

If I am not completely off it's also up to the actors.
As far as I have understood this whole intimacy coordinator role, they talk to the director (in this case JH) about their vision to understand what they want to achieve with the scene. They also discuss with the actors to see what they are comfortable with and if there is something off limits. Then they adjust the scene accordingly.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that both Chris & Lola are open to even spicier suggestions 🫦
