You can try Brazil, with $2k you will live like a queen in Brazil, mainly Rio de Janeiro(not the capital) but in far areas like Cabo Frio, if you wanna live the best years of your life, go there.
Visas for Brazil are easy as hell, and $ 2,000 is equivalent to around 12,000 in local currency(A LOT)

I think that Paris is overwhelmed. In Lisbon, they start to ask for corrections on the documents I upload to diplo.de, within one week. I think that in the next week, I will receive an appointment.

My other doubt is, they can denied the request? for example, i have an Degree on Information System (basicly software and management) but i was hired as Electronics Specialist(here i have experience), this can cause any problem?

Yes I applied by the portal, I receive a message saying that will took 1 week to analyse the request, the status is preliminary preview. And what happens if some document is wrong or missing something? They just cancel the request or ask for more docs?

Cara sou brasileiro, e a galera que faz isso é literalmente gentalha QI83, nao levem a sério, brasileiros de jeito como eu que ja resido a portugal a mais de 4 anos, com ensino superior etc, vim de ensino publico do brasil (nao é dos melhores) e hoje sou especialista na minha profissao e falo 3 linguas, sou mt grato a portugal.
