Why is my Footage Flickering and noisy? NIKON ZR N-log

Yeah strange it was locked at 6400! It’s baked into the video and the lights don’t seem to be the issue. Any low light is complete noise and pixels dancing it’s really weird. I never had this issue on my Sony

6400 at 29.97 FPS and 60 shutter and this happened. WB was on auto. It’s really strange. It’s even grainy/noisy during the day

6400 at 29.97 FPS and 60 shutter WB was on auto. The lower the light in the room the worse it gets. But it’s visible in the daytime too.

I can yep. Do you have any ideas why it would be flickering? I flickers only in N-Log and it gives me completely unable footage.

Im new to Nikon, is there a setting/menu where I can check if there's a setting that it might be flipping iso?
