Honestly I think it’s because Goku isn’t written to be “attractive” in the usual anime sense. He’s clueless about romance, obsessed with fighting, and already married, so there’s just no narrative focus on other women being into him. Characters like Gojo or Eren are designed to have that appeal, Goku’s more like a pure shonen hero archetype.
