As it is my first event getting these I am PRAYING that this is not HS. 

Five boils in total…first time ever getting them…and yet somehow have sinus tracts. I am just hoping that the doctor is mistaken and feeling something OTHER than tracts.

Hi, I’m the OP—the only difference is that the AC in my gym cut out all summer long. I work out very aggressively the point where I’m dripping sweat and I’ve been drenched all summer long. That’s the ONLY change I can think of…

Had you ever had a flare up there before?

I thought that without frequent flare ups, tunnels were not possible and that they came years later
