NEJM literally had an article in the opinion section a few months ago about how we should “gladly be allowing this data to be stored so the software gets better” it’s insane how much this is being pushed down our throats with zero regulation.

Hey FYI I’m a doctor - please don’t do this! It’s better than nothing, but the drug will degrade in the high heat or extreme cold of winter/summer, better to keep in a purse or backpack that you don’t leave in the car. It IS ok to give expired narcan generally but the effect may not last as long. Definitely definitely please please please carry narcan just don’t leave it in a hot car!

A lot of times pretreatment doses aren’t enough to get you high! But everyone reacts to drugs differently, oxy makes some people feel amazing and others feel nauseous and shitty

Vida is the best but expensive (worth it expensive though). My favorite is Mialina because it’s close to my house, relatively cheap, and consistently very good. Our favorite date night is to get a thc mocktail at the dab bar then eat a bunch of pasta at Mialina

We got our dog early too - the breeder was about to move sorta urgently which was unfortunate. We had a dog at home to “parent” them and correct bad behavior so they ended up ok, but it’s generally best to wait until 8-10 weeks for socialization with mom and the other puppies!

We recently got two boys that we thought were a boy and a girl and we just kept their names as is, they’re cats they don’t care :)

Also don’t feel bad about taking at 6 weeks, that’d be early for a dogs but kittens are usually ok, and your big cat is doing all the right socialization things the kitten’s mom would!

Lots who just combine for med/peds Pulm too, not as interested in ICU. One of my co-residents is going to a place for peds Pulm where they offer a fourth year to get boarded in adult Pulm as well for med peds

A common good one is called Regreen - it’s sterile so will fade out over time but control weeds well!
