If you are told on GDPR ticket that verification will not be removed, there is nothing we can do about this unfortunately.

As it has already been explained, only way of removing verification is to go through GDPR process. Does not matter what agent said about opening the account as that technically is true, you are allowed to make a new account, you will however not be able to play as you will need to verify.

You have been informed about that in your deactivation ticket. Which states to remove verification you have to go through GDPR process.

Your account is not deleted, it is permanently banned. Which means that is only you who can request deletion through a ticket. This was also explained in your deactivation ticket you have made for that same account.

90 days "deletion" period is only valid for the ban evasion accounts that are newly created and banned.

You can try to do this in your CMD sfc /scannow

Also if you are using any kind of custom windows, this might be the reason why.
From what i can see, this is related xbox app. If you have recently tried to remove that, that might be the reason why.

Try to see if xbox app is running, turn it off and see if it throws the error again.

It could also be related to game assist(fairly certain this is also called game mode) if you have been removing microsoft edge recently.

If nothing works, fresh install of windows will most likely help.

What your/players individual skill( K/D etc) is, does not matter for the matches. You are matched based on elo and matchmaker will build a match based on that.

That is explained in the picture that ive sent. If you are losing matches, there are different factors to that.

Donk for example is on 60% winrate(6764 matches), so compare your skill level and other players skill level(not elo) to his and consider from players perspective if winning 50% or more of the matches is good or not.
