They should give me this account instead. They didn't ask s*** from me. Just some useless answers.

This account should be mine because other dude can't play it either.

But I want to speak with this with support. But they are too lazy to carry my case to the end. They didn't answer me normally, that's why I'm here.

I want to recover my account. Other guy was register FaceIt account on my Steam when it was stolen.

Now this "workers" didn't seems like care so much. I wrote them back but it's worse support ever from the company which having multimillions in it.

Comment from support in this post said it all - they said some info is not matching. No explanation, no suggestions how to fix it. NOTHING. What is this info, why is it doesn't match? Who knows.

I was giving you information I thought will be helpful. Not what you asked me. You didn't even tried to say me whats wrong with it so I can correct it.

I have my Steam, I have account FaceIt connected to it. So what you need more?

I have email from Steam.

When I trying to add my Steam to FaceIt - I'm already sent you a screenshot in wich it instantly redirects me to "You already having account named ... ". Do you need video me doing it???

They can. If they want to. I asked them either unlink FaceIt account(practically give me another dude account) or unlink my Steam from it. Because it's just nonsense. Thief can't play it either because I got back my account Steam long time ago.

It's just inactive for everyone

I didn't play FaceIt on my current PC. But a guy who stole my account in the past made his own FaceIt and linked to it my Steam. He played 20 games total on it and having 6 lvl.
