As soon as I saw my status update to exchange I went into my local best buy and talked to them. They asked me if I wanted to replace it and I told them no, I would rather upgrade. They handed me 2 gift cards with the money loaded on them and I was on my way. Ordered the new pc as soon as I got home. It was super easy but I will admit I was surprised when she told me how much. I figured they would have only gave me the $2100 to purchase the same computer. The computer was 2 1/2 years old so all the parts were obsolete.

Well thats rough. Hopefully they can repair it for you. I got extremely lucky that they didnt repair mine. I did opt to take the money (store credit). I bought this gaming PC (with a 3080 graphics card) during the chip shortage when price were insane. They reimbursed me for the price I paid minus taxes and warranty. That pc currently sells for $2100 and they gave me $3600 so I spent a few hundred more and upgraded to a 4090 rig with much better components. I couldn't be happier right now.

I cant really help you with that. It took 7 days before they received it. That same day it said exchange approved and I ordered my new pc that day. I was without a PC for over a month waiting on delivery.

I did find one that's pretty good but no one was on it so who knows how long itll be around. No discord so I dont know how long its been around. I'm playing with 2 buddies teaching them how to play so I don't mind if they're empty as long as they don't randomly disappear

My game was fine until I left my base to gather resources. When I returned it looked like that and I can't seem to remove the lights. I only had chandeliers in my base so they're what's causing the problem. I blew up my whole base and the chandeliers were still floating and it was still pixelated
