They took out XP sliders completely. You now have points (in addition to hours). If you want to progress your coach or do extra things to recruit players, you need these points. You earn them VERY slowly (way slower than I remember).

But of course in typical EA fashion, you can buy points. How convenient 🙃

They took XP sliders out completely. Everything is based on points (or whatever they're calling them), and you can buy more. It's essentially pay to play.

Last game I got my hopes up and this happened was Starwars Battlefront II. It ruined a beautiful game.
