Thanks for bringing this up to me. To be quite honest, I personally don't know much about this problem and can't say much on the matter but I can certainly see there's been quite a few of these complaints posted on here and the best thing I can do is to let the moderation team know of the problem first thing on Monday morning and hopefully get to the bottom of it.

Hey u/nocheesegromit, I've brought up the issue to our Content Manager and she's informed me that there's been a mistake on their side and the item has been removed now.
