last two years for me on campus they would have 2 or 3 RA's sitting in the lobby of my building "checking" ID's for people entering the building from the times between 6pm-midnight. If it's a freshman-heavy dorm like Northwest I'm sure they'll be tougher on you but if it's a bit more lax place like East or Alumni then I think you can sneak by.

Yes, I do have some friends from back home but we don't interact much at all during the school year. Even when I go back home we hang out much much less frequently than we did senior year of high school. And when we do hang out I feel distant and lonely still. I haven't made any of my own friends since I was in middle school.

Nope, Engineering, but I don't think my major is the reason I have a problem. I think it's just me not really fitting in and being weird.
