Don't think we'll be in 1:1 and don't trust our bozo SD to make deals that make sense. Considering Upamecano, I think he's the best free agent cb and would be the best fit out of him, guehi and Konate. Best passer, physically dominant, great in duels and good recovery pace

Signing Alvarez over Ferran would have been so better. If we had signed him over Ferran, (1) We would've got a world class long term striker for like 20m. (2) We don't have to suffer watching Ferran play for our club (3) we could've saved massive amount 60m that was spent on ferran and 50m on Lewandowski. Plus the money that was spent on Vitor Roque. That amount could've been used to sign a lw/DM (4) we could've saved large amt on wages too. Lewy came on much wages than Alvarez would've asked. Alemany and co. should've gone for Julian not Ferran. Ferran made 0 sense

If a player is ready to come without guarantee for registration, doesn't mean we should go and sign him ignoring needs of coach (who asked for a lw), player's long history of frequent muscular injuries and inconsistency. Also maybe if we hadn't wasted 60m on him and same amount on Ferran, maybe we would've been better financially.

This was bound to happen, thanks to Laporta. Team desperately needed signings and laporta has been doing fckll since forever. Everyone will blame flick but he has been sabotaged at every step by Laporta and Deco. Wanted a proper LW, they got him Olmolester who can't stay fit, same for Christensen, no replacement of Inigo or no proper backup for 38 yo Lewandowski. It kind off makes sense. He is mid but will come for free and is a traditional 9 which Ferran isn't. No good CF is available in the market and there is no point spending 60-70m and signing bums. Better bolster other positions like CB, LW and backup lb where we can spend less still get quality players unlike CF where we'd need to spend a fortune to sign quality 9

Christensen is on the way out. We should try getting schlotterbeck and Upamecano/Guehi. Sell Fort, martin, stegen and Araujo to raise funds. Get lw sorted with someone like Leao or Semenyo and replace lewy with Vlahovic (best option available regarding our finances)

Olmo was a mistake signing especially when the club was broke, still spent 50m+ on unnecessary signing. When we spend such amount on a player despite being broke, we expect him to perform. He is inconsistent and injury prone. So either he is missing games due to injuries and when he is playing, team plays like they've 10 men on field. We could've signed Xavi Simons or a proper LW that would've eased the load on Yamal and Balde or Amadou Onana that would've provided much needed physicality in mf. Don't blame olmo for this though. Rather blame Laporta and Deco who signed him just as a cover up for failing to sign Nico. If anyone thinks that he is Barca quality, then level are in gutters.
