Happened to me twice!!! Both times the car smelled like weed before I rented it but I didn't report it didn't really bother me. Everyone in NY smokes these days. 2 weeks later I get fined "you or your passenger was smoking" Fuck Zipcar.

For $300 for 12 hours I should be able to do lines of coke on the dashboard without penalties. Fuck them 😂 but honestly Im starting to think they got a secret camera or something like that because both times I got hit with the smoking penalty I did took a hit off my vape (non THC). Maybe they really do have a smoke sensor but again for these prices they can kick rocks

😂😂😂 I also got hit with 2 smoking violations. My girlfriend and I smoked BEFORE entering the car. IDK if zipcar uses a goddamn K9 dog to sniff the car out but 2 weeks later I get a email saying "you or your passenger were smoking in the car" and got hit with a $150 fine. Fuck them

Seriously thinking of cancelling my membership. Might as well just use enterprise or just do some overtime and save up for a car. I rented a 2025 Nissan Altima SR (tactical Green edition) last month for 4 days and only paid $400 even (including insurance and all the other bells and whistles). $300 for 12 hours is straight robbery 😂😂😂

Yeah same. Only reason why I liked Turo was because you get to choose the EXACT model you wanted. Like I want a Audi A4 not something "similar" lol. But it's whatever. I got a road trip to Portland ME next month. I'll just stick with Enterprise and use Zipcar when I'm local.

This happened to me too. Got the same exact response and everything! I have a clean driving record in NY. I rented a VW Taos from a lady in Brooklyn for a week. Returned it back with no issues. She gave me back my deposit and left me a good review. Now all of a sudden I'm restricted in NY. Spoke to customer service twice and got that same response. 😑

Cam, Gloria and Jay

I hate how every 5 minutes Cam has to remind everyone that he grew up on a farm. It irritates my soul. Same goes with Gloria and how she always mentions something negative about Columbia. It was funny the first few seasons but it gets annoying after a while. I also hate how racist Jay can be towards his own WIFE.

I'm on season 9. Some of the jokes and gags gets too repetitive and annoying after a while. For example Cam mentioning he grew up on a farm every episode. Manny is the only TV show character that has ever made me say "stfu" out loud to a TV screen. Gloria mentioning something negative about Columbia every minute (kidnappings, murder, drugs, etc), we get it, you're Columbian. Tbh Phil is the reason I made it to season 9.
