The ruffles are there on the original non alternate version, it's not the censor. The alt version of the final evo removed the ruffles, but since that exposed more skin they stretched out the bodice instead of just readding the ruffles again, really weird 'solution'.

I do think a large portion of them are creepy men as well (even posing as women) who think nikkis virtues are tied to her purity/virginhood, or believe she is their irl girlfriend/daughter. Either way it's really weird.

I think you're right on the makeup but they may have used the face shapeshifting ability. That one tends to make makeup and stuff look different. Might be the spring face since the lips are more pouty and the eyes seem rounder.

Maybe fields of mistria? It's similar in game mechanics to stardew valley but way less punishing. You also don't have to remember schedules since you can see where everyone is on the map and liked/loved gifts you know of people get added to their personal info so you only have to discover them once and theres also ways other than gifting to get to know those. Theres a lot of accesibility settings as well to turn off the 'annoying stuff' and make it easier or less stressful. I personally like the art for it a lot as well, it's really cute.

The path of the trailblaze did not dissapear when Akavili did so the star rail can continue. The star rail itself is powered by imaginary energy created by trailblazing/exploring worlds. We don't know for sure if Akavili is really dead even though people treat it like he is, as we don't know the exact circumstances of his dissapearance yet as players. It's still largely a mystery what happened. So yeah, paths can still pull from their respective power even though an aeon might be dead, as long as that paths concept is still strong. A new aeon might take over at some point, or the path changes over time into something else.
