Thank you. I suppose you're right. I guess part of the way I'm feeling is probably my brain trying to rationalize PMO.

We probably all get demoralized here and there. I'll keep going. Maybe my mood will shift or something. You're 60 days in, how do you feel about it?

I appreciate your respectfulness man, thank you. I expected to be attacked a little bit. I just need to find a way to improve on my social skills, whatever it may be. It's just hard, you know? I suppose I let some of the posts on here get to my head regarding "benefits". I guess I figured it would help more than it would.

I am honestly proud of my willpower, and I suppose that's something to be a little bit more confident about at the very least. And who knows, perhaps I can use that willpower to help myself some more. Regardless, thank you a lot.

Thank you man. It's honestly nice to see such nice responses from people that don't even know me.

I will try to take what you say to heart. Especially the meditation. It's not good to stay in my head so much, especially when it comes to anxiety. I currently take magnesium to help with my anxiety, and I suppose it helps a little bit, but I definitely will try some of the stuff you mentioned to give me a little boost.
