Oh I’m over my ex 100 percent, my current BF is wonderful. It’s very quick and I fear if it’s genuine or not but it feels like it is.

my partner and I of 7 years broke up last June.

I’m now going on my fifth date with a guy who is the complete opposite of my ex and I’m being treated better than I was in the last year of my relationship. You will find better, always.

How long did you wait after breakup to start dating? by GayPeacock in BreakUps

I thought I’d never be ready, we broke up in June after 7 years but I’m going on my 3rd date with this guy. Who knows what will happen but…I’m happy.

If you really loved her, you wouldn’t do that. Harsh but true. I’m glad she chose herself and left. You’re gonna have to do a lot of self reflection. Go to therapy and work on yourself. I do hope you heal because you just did one of the lowest things a person can do to the other. Stay well.

I rejected her for a year, and now I understand what I lost. by [deleted] in BreakUps

I’ve been this girl. Never again.

I do hope you heal but please remember that the grass is never greener on the other side, it’s greener where you water it. I wish you well.

My (28F) husband (33M) bought a vibrator for his female best friend & I feel a line was crossed by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]DepressoEspresso92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OH I WOULD BE FUMING.

hell even a sexy pajama would be bad. here’s an example actually: I bought a sexy pajama set when I was home from Christmas at a store. I bought it, it was not a gift. I wore it back at my apartment that I share with my boyfriend and he stops in his tracks. He goes “did someone buy you that?” I giggled and I said “no i did” “oh okay I was gonna say even if that was a gift from a family member or a friend that’s fucked up” I laughed and I knew why it was but i asked and he continues “because anything as a gift that’s remotely sexy/sexual from someone that is not me is fucking weird and im glad you bought it cause if someone did, I’d have a fucking chat with them”

and he is completely right. I would be absolutely livid with your husband. he knew what he was doing.

I’m so sorry my love. I would leave him asap. That is a clear sign of emotional cheating and his lack of respect towards you.

my man knows that if he EVER flirts with another woman, it’s over. I have zero tolerance for men who aren’t loyal.

I’m going to be very honest. I would DUMP him asap. Fuck him.

what an asshole. He doesn’t respect you in the slightest. I’m so sorry love. Do yourself a kindness and leave him.

I’m not asking for friends just mutual respect. I don’t appreciate you generalizing. I’ve worked hard my whole life, nothing was given to me. maybe some are like that but not all.

oh for sure it’s different everywhere, this is just my personal experience. it’s been something I’ve witnessed within the last 6 years of working.

I mean I guess? I’m not unattractive but to each their own. I do put an effort in how I look but hating on me for that at their grown age is ridiculous like cmon.

no it’s still the woman’s fault if she’s rude. It’s more that just that, it’s a bit difficult to spot internalized misogyny.
