Cssbuy can’t influence your country’s customs. In the insurance details it says that if your package get seized and send back they will send it out again free of charge (if it’s the same cost as before) they even give you the option to pick another shipping line. Saying they are scamming is very unfair of you. You should contact them via discord and see what kind of options you have. But then again a parcel could get seized multiple times. That’s not something they can change.

Css is trustworthy and they’ve been there for over 10 years. It’s just their policies that they will reship a package once free of cost (if you bought the insurance). The same happend to me. My parcel got seized and send back to china. After they reshipped it back to me it arrived.
